P&T Royal Ware at PIR EXPO 2026 — Meet Us in Moscow

P&T Royal Ware will exhibit at PIR EXPO 2026, Russia’s largest professional HoReCa event, held October 26–29 at Crocus Expo in Moscow. If you specify tableware for hotels, restaurants, or banquets across Russia and the CIS, this is the week to meet us — and to see our newest fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain in person.

P&T Royal Ware will exhibit at PIR EXPO 2026 in Moscow (Oct 26–29): fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain for hotels, restaurants, and banquets. Visit our booth.

What is PIR EXPO

PIR EXPO — Russian Hospitality Week — is the 29th International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry and the biggest HoReCa trade show in Russia and Eastern Europe. The 2026 edition spans three themed halls — Restaurant, Hotel, and Coffee — and brings together 800+ exhibitors and more than 45,000 professional visitors from 30+ countries, with the majority from Russia and the CIS.

Beyond the show floor, the program runs 350+ forums, seminars, and competitions — including world chef championships and barista tournaments — which is exactly why the region’s buying decisions get made here. For a tableware manufacturer, it is the single most efficient place to meet hotel owners, restaurant groups, chain procurement teams, distributors, and designers face to face, rather than through a long chain of intermediaries.

We are showing the tableware lines that hotels and restaurants actually run on, drawn from our latest six months of development:

  • Fine Bone China — thin, translucent, and durable, with 45% bone ash content for the refined dining room.
  • Fine Porcelain (our high-fire line) — a dense, chip-resistant body built for the rush-hour kitchen and high-turnover banquet service.
  • Royal White Porcelain — a clean, bright body for venues that want an all-white service look or a heritage feel.

Most of what we’re showing is new this season, so there will be fresh shapes, patterns, and glazes to handle at the booth. If you’re weighing materials for a specific outlet — a fine-dining room, a buffet, a banquet hall — this is the fastest way to compare them side by side and feel the difference in weight and finish.

What to expect at our booth

We’re not a catalog-on-a-table operation. At the booth you can:

  • Compare the three bodies directly — pick up fine bone china next to fine porcelain and royal white porcelain, and see where each earns its place on the table.
  • Talk customization — bring a sketch, a photo, or a spec, and we’ll walk through what a custom shape, decal, or glaze would take in lead time and minimum order.
  • Review consistency — we’ll show how a reorder matches the first delivery, because the same factory draws, fires, and inspects every batch.

Because we develop in-house, the conversation at the booth goes straight to the people who can scope your project, not a sales layer that has to go back and ask.

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Since 1982 we have run our own factory, and today our collection spans 10,000+ designs across the three materials above. Because design, molding, glazing, firing, inspection, and shipping all happen under one roof, a custom project moves from brief to sample without leaving the building — and a reorder six months later still matches the first delivery.

For buyers, that means one partner for the whole table: fine bone china in the dining room, fine porcelain in the kitchen, and royal white porcelain for the heritage pieces, all developed to your property rather than pulled from a generic catalog. Custom shapes, decals, and glazes are part of the normal workflow, not a special request.

For the Russia and CIS market specifically, that one-stop model matters. Local distributors and hotel groups often need a single supplier who can cover mixed-material programs and hold consistency across large, repeat orders — exactly the discipline our own-factory setup is built for.

Who should stop by

  • Hotel and restaurant owners specifying tableware for new openings or refreshes
  • Chain and banquet procurement teams
  • Distributors and wholesalers serving the Russia and CIS HoReCa market
  • Designers and project specifiers

If your market is Russia, the CIS, or neighboring regions, PIR EXPO is where the contracts get discussed — and we’ll be there to talk through your program, your volumes, and your timeline.

Make the most of your visit

A few minutes of prep turns a booth stop into a real sourcing plan:

  • Bring a sample or a photo of what you use today. We can match it, or show a clear upgrade path to a lighter, more durable, or more distinctive body.
  • Note your volumes. Even a rough annual number helps us talk minimum order, pricing, and lead time realistically, instead of in generalities.
  • Book a slot if you’re coming with a team. A pre-arranged meeting keeps the deep-dive conversation on your schedule rather than the crowded show floor, and lets us pull the specific pieces you need to see.

If you can’t make the dates, the same team is reachable through our contact page year-round — but the fair is where you’ll feel the difference between reading a spec sheet and holding the piece.
