P&T Royal Ware at the 140th Canton Fair — Phase 2, October 23–27

P&T Royal Ware will exhibit at the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, during Phase 2 (October 23–27, 2026) — the stage of the Fair dedicated to “Quality Home Life,” where daily-use ceramics and tableware live. If you’re sourcing tableware for hotels, restaurants, distributors, or retail at the world’s largest trade fair, plan a stop at our booth.

P&T Royal Ware exhibits at the 140th Canton Fair Phase 2 (Oct 23–27) in Guangzhou: fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain. Visit our booth and plan your tableware sourcing.

About the 140th Canton Fair

The Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair), founded in 1957, is the largest comprehensive trade event in the world and is often called China’s first exhibition. It remains the country’s most authoritative platform for international trade and a barometer of export momentum, which is why buyers from 220 countries return session after session. The 140th edition covers 1.55 million square meters, with 30,000+ exhibitors and buyers from 220 countries and regions — the previous session drew more than 314,000 overseas buyers.

It runs in three phases:

  • Phase 1 (Oct 15–19): Advanced Manufacturing
  • Phase 2 (Oct 23–27): Quality Home Life — daily-use ceramics, tableware, and housewares
  • Phase 3 (Oct 31–Nov 4): Better Life

Tableware and ceramics sit firmly in Phase 2, which is why that is where P&T Royal Ware will be.

What we’re showing

We’re bringing the core P&T Royal Ware collections, including new models from our latest development:

  • Fine Bone China — thin, translucent, and durable, with 45% bone ash content for refined dining service.
  • Fine Porcelain (our high-fire line) — a dense, chip-resistant body built for daily, high-turnover use in kitchens and banquets.
  • Royal White Porcelain — a clean, bright body for an all-white or heritage service look.

If you’ve seen our range before, there will be fresh shapes, patterns, and glazes to compare. Bring your current spec and we’ll show the closest matches — and talk through what a custom version would take.

What to expect at our booth

The Canton Fair is busy, so we keep the booth built for quick, useful conversations:

  • Side-by-side material comparison — handle fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain together and decide where each fits your program.
  • Customization on the spot — show us a shape, a decal, or a glaze reference, and we’ll scope lead time and minimum order.
  • Consistency proof — we’ll show how a reorder lines up with the approved sample, because the same factory draws and fires every batch.

Because we develop in-house, you’re talking to the team that can actually scope your project, not a layer that has to go back and ask.

We are the factory behind the brand. Operating our own plant since 1982, we design, fire, and inspect in one place, which lets us handle OEM and ODM customization from a single brief — whether it’s a distributor run or a signature venue set. With 10,000+ designs across fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain, we develop tableware to the property, not a template. That approach is why many of our long-term clients started with a single venue and grew the program from there.

Because the drawing and the mold sit under one roof, the approved proof and the delivered carton match — and a reorder months later lines up with the first shipment. That consistency is what buyers running hundreds of covers a night rely on, and it is the reason many of our hotel and banquet clients treat us as their everyday service range.

We exhibit at the Canton Fair because it is where those buyers come to source, and because a face-to-face meeting still settles more in an hour than a dozen emails. If tableware is on your 2026 plan, Phase 2 is the place to start that conversation — and our booth is where we turn it into a concrete program.

Who should visit

  • Importers and distributors building a tableware range
  • Hotel and restaurant procurement teams
  • Retail buyers sourcing ceramics and housewares
  • Project specifiers and designers

The Canton Fair’s Phase 2 is where global buyers concentrate on home and tabletop products, so it’s the most efficient few days of the year to compare suppliers side by side and lock a sourcing plan.

Make the most of your visit

The Fair spreads across a huge complex, so a little planning turns a walk-by into a real sourcing decision:

  • Bring your current spec or a sample. We’ll match it against our fine bone china, fine porcelain, and royal white porcelain, and show where a custom version would fit your program.
  • Tell us your market. Whether you serve hotels, restaurants, or retail, the context shapes which body and price band we recommend — and what a custom run would look like.
  • Book a slot if you’re coming with a team. A scheduled meeting lets us pull the exact pieces you need and keep the conversation on your timeline, not the crowded aisle.

Because Phase 2 is where the world’s tabletop buyers concentrate, the few days of the Fair are the most efficient window all year to compare suppliers side by side. Come with questions, leave with a plan — and if you can’t attend, our team is reachable through the contact page year-round.
