On June 1st, the opening ceremony of the Sino-Portuguese International Trade and Investment Cooperation Center was successfully held at P&T. The establishment of this center is an important step in implementing the Sino-Portuguese strategic partnership and will help Portuguese and Chinese companies succeed in each other’s markets by offering support, communication, and information services.

Several leaders and guests attended the ceremony, including representatives from the National Development and Reform Committee of China, Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the European Chamber of Commerce, the Portuguese government, and various business organizations. After the ceremony, the attendees visited P&T, a comprehensive platform that produces ceramic tableware and gifts, conducts research and development, and engages in international trade.

P&T has obtained over 50 patents, over 100 intellectual property rights, and won more than 40 national and provincial awards. It has trading relationships with 32 countries and regions and exports its products to various parts of the world. The company’s products and services have been recognized by prestigious organizations, including the Presidential Palace of Tajikistan, the Thai Parliament, Dubai Emaar Hospitality Group’s hotel, Canton Tower, Garden Hotel, and many domestic and foreign five-star hotels and large restaurant chains.

P&T upholds the spirit of Chinese ceramic craftsmen, promotes the cultural significance of ceramics, and continues the legacy of kiln fire for future generations. The establishment of the Sino-Portuguese International Trade and Investment Cooperation Center is a significant step towards building a prosperous enterprise and academic community in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
