PITO and Emaar Hotels Group: custom bone china dinnerware for a Dubai landmark

Address Sky View sits in Downtown Dubai, next to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It’s part of Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels + Resorts brand.

The hotel’s most recognizable feature is the Sky Bridge, a structure connecting two towers. Combined with the infinity pool and skyline-view dining spaces, the property is one of the more photographed hotels in the city.

As part of the Address brand, the hotel pays attention to detail across every guest touchpoint, including what’s on the table. In a luxury hotel, dinnerware does a job beyond holding food. It needs to look the part and survive daily commercial use without chipping or fading.

PITO supplied a custom bone china dinnerware collection for the hotel’s afternoon tea restaurant, Lobby Lounge, and Room Service.

The project spans multiple service areas. To match the hotel’s modern feel, PITO used high-quality bone china throughout.

Bone china has a smooth, warm texture and a soft white color. It’s lighter than standard porcelain and handles well in fine dining tableware settings, where staff and guests pick up and set down pieces constantly. Afternoon tea is one of those situations where the weight of a cup matters. Bone china makes the difference.

PITO worked with the hotel to build brand elements into the design. The collection features:

• Custom black-and-white geometric grid decal
• Address Sky View exclusive logo
• Gold rim detailing

The geometric grid pattern gives each piece a clean, recognizable look. Gold rims add refinement without making the design busy. As custom logo dinnerware, the set carries the hotel’s identity into the dining experience.

A complete afternoon tea tableware set

PITO supplied a full coordinated collection, not individual pieces. The set covers everything the hotel needs for afternoon tea and dining service:
