PITO Showcases Mastery at Colombia Republic Day Celebration

On August 5, PITO was invited to attend the Colombia Republic Day celebration, offering a thoughtful cultural gift and heartfelt wishes to honor this historic event filled with passion and energy. As a representative of China’s artisanal brands, PITO uses ceramic art as a bridge to foster cultural exchange and economic cooperation between China and Colombia, conveying the warmth and charm of Chinese brands to the world.

Cultural Fusion: A Gift of Craftsmanship

To commemorate Colombia Republic Day, PITO created a special collection of ceramics incorporating elements of Colombian culture. The design reflects the grandeur of the Andes Mountains, the rich aroma of Colombian coffee culture, and the essence of traditional Colombian patterns, all captured within the art of ceramics.

This carefully crafted gift not only carries PITO’s respect for Colombian culture but also symbolizes the enduring and profound friendship between the two nations.

Chaozhou Blue and White Porcelain Captures Attention

At the event, PITO’s display of Chaozhou intangible cultural heritage blue-and-white porcelain attracted the attention of numerous international guests. A Colombian artist, while creating porcelain paintings, marveled at the intricacy of Chinese blue-and-white porcelain, commenting, “The delicate brushstrokes and profound artistic depth of Chinese blue-and-white porcelain are mesmerizing!”

Guided by PITO’s team, attendees had the opportunity to try their hand at painting blue-and-white patterns on blank porcelain, experiencing firsthand the fusion of ancient traditions and modern creativity. In this moment, Chaozhou blue-and-white porcelain transcended its role as a symbol of Eastern aesthetics and became an artistic language connecting China and Colombia.

Discussing Cooperation: A Vision for the Future

During the celebration, the PITO team engaged with representatives from Colombia’s political, business, and international communities, exploring the boundless possibilities for cultural and economic cooperation.

The Colombian Consul General, in his speech, highly praised the close ties between China and Colombia in the fields of culture and economy, specifically highlighting the innovative energy injected by Chinese brands like PITO into the exchanges between the two nations.

Passionate Dance: Art Knows No Boundaries

The lively traditional Colombian dance ignited the atmosphere, with vibrant costumes and rhythmic beats transporting the audience to the sunny South American landscape.

The highlight of the evening came when a Colombian painter spontaneously created an artwork on stage, bringing the atmosphere to a peak. The painting vividly captured the mutual understanding and shared hearts of the people of both countries.

PITO: Showcasing Chinese Craftsmanship to the World

From custom national gifts to intangible cultural heritage experiences, from business discussions to artistic interactions, PITO consistently uses ceramics as a medium to let the world feel the warmth of Chinese craftsmanship. Looking ahead, we will continue to promote the dialogue between Eastern aesthetics and international cultures, writing a new chapter in civilizational exchange with each piece of art that embodies wisdom.
