Versal is one of the largest and most prestigious wedding and banquet venues in Uzbekistan, hosting luxury weddings, gala dinners, corporate banquets, and major social events.

For a venue operating at this level, tableware is far more than a dining accessory. Every plate contributes to the interior presentation, guest experience, and overall brand image.

The local hospitality market in Uzbekistan is primarily supplied with mid-temperature stoneware.

While affordable, this type of dinnerware presented several limitations for Versal’s premium positioning:

  • Heavy and less comfortable for banquet service
  • Rough surface finish with lower visual appeal
  • Higher water absorption over long-term use
  • Greater wear after repeated commercial washing
  • Unable to deliver the refined presentation expected at luxury events

Unable to source premium porcelain locally, Versal approached PITO to develop a higher-end custom banquet tableware solution.

The client already had an initial design concept.

PITO’s design team refined the artwork to improve production quality, decorative precision, and overall visual balance.

After understanding the venue’s daily operations, PITO proposed using two different porcelain materials to match different service scenarios.

For weddings and formal banquets, the client selected Fine China.

Its elegant translucency, smooth glaze, and refined appearance created the sophisticated dining atmosphere expected at premium events.

For breakfast service and everyday restaurant use, High-temperature Porcelain fired at 1320°C was recommended.

This material offers:

  • Excellent hardness
  • Superior chip resistance
  • Outstanding durability for high-frequency commercial use
  • A cost-effective alternative to bone china

This dual-material strategy allowed Versal to balance luxury presentation with long-term operational efficiency.

To reinforce the partnership and strengthen brand identity, every piece was finished with an exclusive Versal with PITO co-branded backstamp.

Following delivery, the custom porcelain collection quickly became one of the visual highlights of the venue.

International guests frequently assumed the dinnerware had been imported from premium European luxury brands.

When they discovered that the collection had been designed and manufactured by PITO in China, many expressed genuine admiration for its craftsmanship, finish, and quality.

For Versal, the project delivered more than a new tableware collection—it elevated the venue’s brand image, enhanced the guest dining experience, and provided durable porcelain capable of supporting daily commercial operations.
